NISMO Practical for DD?

I am either doing the NISMO or the Base+sport package, not going the touring route. I found a base (mt) + sport for $30,900 so I am leaning toward it

I found a base (mt) + sport for $30,900 so I am leaning toward it right now as I am going to be doing some mods, new stereo, etc.
