Default Dynolicious iPhone??

Any of you tried this app. yet? This app. is PocketDyno, not Dynolicious. Sorry for the confusion.

I'd like to know if you think the below info is reliable.

The run was done on an overcast day on a clean one-lane country road. The temp. was 70 degrees.

I have a 370Z sport package with auto, shifting was done in manual mode with 1750rpm before launch. The PocketDyno autostart feature was activated.

0-60 was listed as 4.70 seconds.

My mods (about 4000 miles ago) are Stillen long tube intake and exhaust, and Berk HFCs. Oil change was performed 500 miles ago.

My questions:

1) Why did my mods not give me a faster 0-60 than the 4.6 for autos that has been referenced on this board before?

2) Is this iPhone app. reliable? (My friend was in the car to stabilize the iPhone).

3) WHP was computed as 227!!??

Any comments are appreciated...

***UPDATE***

I used the DA calculator on dragtimes.com and got the following corrected results:

Stock and Mildly Modified Naturally Aspirated Engines
12.918 @ 110.804 MPH

***UPDATE #2***

Using http://www.wallaceracing.com/0-60_equation.php, the following was the calculated 0-60 time from the 1/8 mile stats given by the PocketDyno app.:

4.07!!

my question is do you have dynolicious or pocket dyno? Those are (2) different programs..and between the two.. dynolicious is better reported on by quite a few over the net. Whatever you are using iphone app, G-tech, whatever device its best just to consider it in relative and not absolute terms, because it could be off from highly calibrated instruments by who knows.. but they are close within a few tenths if you input the right data on setup.

PocketDyno doesn't require any inputs. Dynolicious does, I think.

Plug the right weight in? Take the spec, add Gas@ 6lb/gal Plus You...Should be in the 3500 lb range I'm guessing...

Then it can't be that accurate. hp calcs require weight and time.

what percent did you put as drivetrain loss?

I ran 3 runs with the iphone program and here r my results:
3500 lb car
20% loss
5500 ft elevation
7AT with Stille CBE
0-30 2.72
0-60 6.27
0-100 14.46
1/4 mi 14.76 @ 97.9 mph
peak hp 265

I must admit the runs were pretty close and I was mostly interested in getting a baseline for future mods. The results would be drastically changed if I changed the weight or % drivetrain loss.

The 1/4 mi mph is high for a car doing 0-60 in over 6 seconds...interesting

Also, pocketdyno doesn't have a way to input drivetrain loss. As far as I can tell...
