I have no idea what I did ... Electronics not working after speaker install

So, I just noticed that my drivers side window doesn't go all the way up either. It's always down just a little as if the door is open. It rolls

It's always down just a little as if the door is open. It rolls up and down just fine, and the auto up even works. I tried resetting the indexing and it still won't go fully closed.
