If you really give a flying f*ck about what your neighbors think, then I think you should try out a product called "Optimum No Rinse". I use it during the winter so I can wash my car in the garage.

This isn't the greatest advice lol. However there is a good chance that you would live rent free and get free food for a few years if you do it. Maybe there are some states that allow that, but not any that I know of here in the surrounding area. I'm sure that its not legal in California of all places. Nothing is legal there lol.

a proper 2 bucket wash is not that much water. plus the Z is never that dirty to begin with

as for the toilet flushing, just start peeing in your back yard then when they ask why your doing that . just say to save the water for all theses flushes so I can wash my car this weekend
