Question about 2014 wheels

Hey guys, so I have a 2014 base with the new wheels (not the rays) and I wanted to know how much they sell for. My friend has a 300ZX and I told him I'd sell them to him once I found a new set of wheels, but I don't know what a fair price would be. I don't want to screw him over by selling them for too much. Thanks in advance!

I assume 100% showroom condition

If the tires are 90%+ try to get a grand. Without tires, $600~

They've got a bit under 3k miles on them and there's no curb rash on them, so I'm guessing near 100%. A grand doesn't sound bad.

Make sure he gets compatible lugs if the Z32 ones aren't. Z34 wheels are pretty annoying as far as lugs go.

Correct, please make sure you give him your lug nuts.

Also, take your TPMS off if possible/if you care

Ok gotcha, might as well keep things simple.

TPMS? I keep seeing that but have no idea what that means. Is it important?

Chuck33079 02-04-2014 10:57 AM

Z34 lugs should work. If you're getting aftermarket wheels, it's highly likely your OEM lugs won't be compatible anyway so you can include them in the deal.

Do the rays use different lugs? I was actually planning on getting a set of those unless I can find something else in that price range.

Nope, you'll be fine with the Rays and your OEM lugs.

Derp... should have guessed.

Would I be able to put that on aftermarket wheels?

Yes and Yes. Assuming the wheel is TPMS compatible.
