or a bored tb + bored stock mani WITH dyno results, as mentioned before

Hey Guys,

We haven't forgotten about you. I've been paying close attention to this thread while trying to keep up with orders.

We currently are finishing up R&D on a 3" True Dual exhaust that sounds awesome and is priced below the competitors. This will really help out the forced induction guys who are getting held up with a 2.5" exhaust, but it's not just for them.

The main reason for the 3" True Dual is because we're currently working on our twin turbo system. Our manifolds are in and they flow amazingly. These kits will be able to be perfect for stock or built motors. Here's a teaser pic for you guys.

Please keep the great ideas coming!

Nice, another turbo kit joining the party now this is something I want to see!

Mind sharing what turbos you guys will use?

Jerm@AAMComp 01-30-2014 04:20 PM

We may or may not be using twin Borg Warner EFR 6758 turbos.

Thats a nice surprise!

Same as the others, in for a properly designed intake manifold (for NA applications). All out performance is all I care about (eye candy is overrated). A CAI and bored out/bigger throttle bodies to go with it would be a plus.

Also how about a coolant to oil, oil cooler kit. Laminova cooler or similar based.

A manifold would be great especially for people that want to stay NA like me

rAiN 01-30-2014 08:31 PM

single turbo kit?

edub370 01-31-2014 09:07 AM

as cool as turbo kits are, we NEEEEEED some NA mods. we have nothing....

IDK if its just me or what, but ever since every car manufacturers went to more and more boosted platforms, it makes me wanna stay NA that much more. with bored tb's and/or a proper manifold upgrade, these cars should be making over 350whp NA. considering one dude already hit 342whp. i mean that was probably a little high, but u can see 320's and 330's all day long with these cars with bolt ons. We've gotta get past this plateau. 350whp NA out of a 6 cyl is beastly. that would be approx 395crank hp. BEEEAAAAST

that 342whp number i still am very skeptical on. it was a number from a company trying to sell their products. i'm sure perfect dyno conditions were attempted and many other things.

but i do agree with you on more N/A mods being nice. i'd love to do a intake manifold upgrade soon as long as it's not paying someone $300 too much for a 350Z manifold that they shaved out a bit. that is the biggest joke of an overpriced mod lol.

this platform has the potential of 350whp. we just dont have the aftermarket to do it right now

i agree but that 342 is still a bit ehhhhh to me lol

NA all the way!! I know turbos will make way more whp than just bolt on but reliability and 100% of the power all the time is more important to me.

I'm with edub, a decent intake would be great. We clean up the air up to the intake, and improve the flow from the exhaust back, but not much improving of the air through the motor. I'm not 100% sure, but back in the day, intakes and headers were pretty much mandatory to make easy horsepower. Granted, that was before computer controlled air/fuel mixtures, fuel injection, etc; but the idea should still be the same, air flow through the motor.

Jerm@AAMComp 02-04-2014 08:18 AM

My guess as to why an intake manifold isn't done yet is simply because of space. There isn't much area from the top of the motor to the bottom of the hood. Needless to say, our engineer is looking forward to try and conquer the task!
