Yes I am very lucky, but I do work and make payments, and sadly I have 2 vehicles ( 98 acura cl ) which I bought on my own.

Wait-the graduation you mentioned is high school? You don't need any power mods. You don't have the driving experience to handle the power you already have. Take that money and go learn to drive. Hpdes and AutoX before you mod anything.

If you do mod the car, use this as your chance to start learning to DIY mods. You'll have fun and save a fortune. Someone local would help you for pizza and beer.

You are taking what he said in a negative way. By taking advantage of a driving school you will be able to drive the car to the maximum potential with out doing modifications first.

See if you can talk the parents into sending you to a Skip Barber course at the nearest track to you. The closest one to you may be Road Atlanta, but Southwest Airlines will get you there for $200. It's not cheap, but it's by far the best money I've ever spent related to cars. Plus, you get to flog some really high end machinery. When I went, it was all Dodges, but now they've gone with more Euro stuff.

Haha I'll probably go when I'm 18, what's a skip barber?

A driving school. You use their cars and their instructors. They use a bunch of tracks around the country. I'd recommend the 2 day high performance driving school to start. It's so much fun. You don't have to be 18. There were two sixteen year old girls in the course I took at Laguna Seca. Their dad wanted them to learn how to drive before they got their licenses. They learned to drive standard in a viper. Best dad ever.
