Pretty amazing though, getting 1900hp out of a 3.5L VQ motor.

I have respect for dragster guys and the work they put into the vehicle, but straight line driving doesn't excite me... nor does driving in a circle. Real world driving consists of dynamic turns and acceleration, so should the sport.

But kudos for getting that kind of power out of a 3.5L

That's because you've never accelerated in a straight line so hard you can't breathe at the same time... 0-60 in 1 sec would get your attention.

BTW if you think 0-60 in 1 sec would get your attention, try 0-320 in 4.5 sec in a Top Fuel Dragster..........

Of course it's a real 350. Just look at the door handles glued on the side. 3.5VQ, yeah sure. Pulled right from an Altima with cams, pulley, and CBE.

I've ridden several hydraulic rollercoasters that launched you to 60+ from a standstill in that time... fun, probably more fun in a vehicle I have control over, but still fun. If it's my personal conveyance, however, I want to do more than drive in a straight line... that's where the fun lies every day!

I'm not for the straight line stuff either, but honestly I wouldn't want that kind of control over a car with that kind of power. I have limits, and that is too fast for me + wheels.
