^ I'm going to have to agree here. 51 gives an officer just cause to pull you over and see what's going on. I understand the possible not completely accurate

^ I'm going to have to agree here. 51 gives an officer just cause to pull you over and see what's going on. I understand the possible not completely accurate radar gun or such. But the fact is they can pull you over, and use that opportunity to do their jobs and keep people safe. As far as getting the ticket for being 1 over that is a tough break but it could happen, most officers would be lenient and not give you that ticket if they were to even pull you over for it in the first place. The fact still remains however that they can.
