Typically you won't be found guilty of speeding if it is less than 10% over the posted limit. I've never heard of a cop pulling someone over for 1 mile

I've never heard of a cop pulling someone over for 1 mile over anyway, I call bs on that story. How would anyone expect someone to drive within 1 mph of a posted limit? Be serious. Even cruise control can't do that.
