Don't think I wasn't
 I drove back to the dealer on the spare, and the manager asked if I had called the tire manufacturer. He saw my reaction and quickly assured me they would be taking care of the matter. I took their courtesy Z to go back and pick up the bad tire since I wasn't willing to put it in the back of my brand new car. I got a couple of free oil changes out of them but haven't been back since.
