To motordyne intake mani or not
So I'm debating about the intake mani before I get tuned.
For the past few months, I've been reading the few things I see about the motordyne mani, it seems like a pretty good mod. But either people secretly have it or no one really cares for it because I hardly see it mentioned in mods that people have. That being said I see people spending more on exhausts and intakes (me to, I have cai, hfc, oem nismo exhaust) over the manifold but why aren't more people into this mod for the midrange and minimal top end loss? Do yall still think it is a worthy final mod before tune, seems like the price on it is about $550 these days |

I say go for it. There are mixed reviews. Hell I seen just the other day a bundle pack that made 400hp on a N/A motor that included test pipes, the mani along with some other goodies. Another mod you should consider if you’re going full out N/A is the Stillen UD pulley with the smaller belt before the tune.

People here don't do it because they're hung up on peak power.
It's a great mod for adding power under the curve. |
I really felt the extra mid range power at partial throttle. At full throttle I didn't really notice much.

I'm waiting on independant dynos for Z1's manifold mod. We will have another option soon.
edit: I was told it will be available after the new year. |
I can make you a (AK approved sale) better DE.50 version one for 450 shipped. I made 12-14 hp/tq midrange and lost only 2-4 peak hp,and almost no drop in tq
