Hey everyone, I decided to go ahead and start a build thread since i have a few projects in the works and few already completed. I guess I figure this will be a little bit better than having several smaller threads. Ill probably take a few posts to post up info from previously completed projects and stuff. First mod...Evo-r CF B pillars
 

My first mod is pretty unsubstantial....CF b pillars. I like the look on black and think ill do a light Carbon fiber accent theme. Here's some pics.

Needed more sound
 

After looking at seemingly thousands of videos for trying to determine what sound I wanted, I decided on the HKS hi power + test pipe combo. It seemed to me to be a good combination of lows and highs with some pretty substantial power gains. Overall it sounds pretty exotic. Heres some pics and vids:

CSC failure
 

About 2 weeks after the exhaust upgrade my csc decided to catastrophically fail so the car was down for about a week while i dropped the tranny on jack stands and replaced parts. collectively the work probably took 6-7 hours but i had to wait on parts. my clutch was slipping as well so i took the opportunity to install a new clutch and flywheel.

Other mods include red HPS post maf tubes with K&N drop in filters. Decided to go this rout because an after market cold air intake to replace the stock cold air intake kit wasnt worth the price to me. Rubber has better heat soak and heat transfer properties for an intake than aluminum anyways.

Once installed I got an uprev tune in NC. The results are amazing for driveability.
