no they crush cars with illegal engine swaps(not illegal motors like the SR20 but stolen motors) or street racing, i dont know about other states but in california you dont have to register a car with the state, as long as it is not on public property you'll be fine

This is why we don't discuss or encourage street racing on this forum 100%. What if they took someones life? How would they go up to that dead person's family and explain that they were just "having fun" on the road?
