This means that, as long as you know how to drive a stick, you’ll look like and sound a heroic racecar driver every time you get behind the wheel.
sounds good to me...now i can race like a pro Keiichi Tsuchiya ... :eekdance:

I'm pretty excited about the system.

I also don't like the comments on the article. People are just too pig-headed. Just turn the goddamn thing off if you don't like it that much.

drmike 12-19-2008 04:08 PM

^^^ what he said. I'm very proficient at heel/toe, but my mind is still open to the idea of having this system in the car. I can't wait to try it out myself.

jibSTir13 12-19-2008 04:44 PM

i think the feature is great for times when i'm too lazy to match revs.

RCZ 12-19-2008 05:32 PM

This is going to be brilliant in traffic too...

Slidefox 12-19-2008 06:02 PM

Granny shifting not double clutching like you should...

RCZ 12-19-2008 06:05 PM

Well slide, you have to granny shift sometimes or you will blow your intake manifold and your metal floorboard will bust open for absolutely NO reason.

Then someone will tell you how you never had your car and a mob of brilliant human beings will laugh and point at you.

I'm not thrilled about the comments on the page either. Although I agree with the journalist that this is an odd feature to come with the "sport" package.
I was all against this at first, but when I'm just puttin' around, I agree that it would be handy.

As long as it comes without its Quirks :excited:being a new bit of tecknology , i hope they get it right on the first go .

Great article!

Many auto enthusiasts can't wait to try this feature. As much fun it is to do the heel and toe by yourself, you can't really turn down a perfect Rev Match every time by the Synchro Rev Match, can you? ;)

shumby 12-19-2008 09:01 PM

no no you cannot

drmike 12-19-2008 10:41 PM

Well, I can't anyway. Threshold braking will seem SOOOO easy using this system. Yeah, that sounds silly when ABS does that for you... or does it?
