Front license plate holder costs $70+????
I bought my Z in a state which does not require front license plate. In Missouri, a front one is required. I did not get one and two days ago, I was stopped for speeding. The cop elected to be kind, gave me a warning for the speeding but gave me a $93 ticket for not having a license plate up front.
Local Autozone sells license holders but they require holes to be put on. The local Nissan dealer says he could order me one, the price is $70+. Any suggestions? |
There's several plate mounts that relocate the plate off to the side using the tow hook. That way you don't have to drill any holes.

Just in case the day arrives. |
I got the GoMiniGo plate holder and it works like the Stillen one does. It mounts offset using the tow hook mount.

your car should've come with the factory front plate bracket. check your trunk, might be in there still. tell the dealer to give it to you for free if not.
the stillen plate holders are cool. but im not really into that off to the side look. |
OP, I'm in Overland Park, I'll give you my front plate holder.
|
You could always just zip tie it on.
|
you could also zip tie it up-side-down.

Okay, how do we do this?
How do I pay you? How does this work? Never did any deals here and don't want to be taken advantage off. Am I allowed to put my email address ?

The Stillen plate is simple to install. Keeps us from getting the no front plate ticket.

Plate Bracket
Luigi, is this the bracket you bought and used? I bought one from "motorboneinc" (eBay) pic looked the same, but the threads did not work in the tow hook. Had to send it back. I do want to order another one that works.
