With so many modders taking a chance on autos these days. U might c some durable aftermarket tuning parts become available for tranny tuning. I think the 7at is the most interesting auto. N tho its a normal slushbox. Its management system is the hottest piece of tech since dsg n pdk. So in conclusion... yes u may pull more power today! But tomorrow may bring something new? The excitement over the 7at is strong enough to bring about new tuning parts for this tranny that may surprise u?? |

From what I gather you are saying that in the future there may be upgrades available for the 7AT. Where this may be true I don't see the upgrades being released anytime soon and for that matter I doubt they will make the 7AT stronger than the 6MT. Furthermore there will always be more advances in technology. I would not choose a 7AT over a 6MT when planning to go high hp with the hopes of a company one day making upgrades for it, just my 2 cents.
