Broken Z ): pics inside!

Thanks everyone. I'm just sore all on my right side. The driver and passenger claim the light was green, the officer laughed when he told me this. Unfortunately I told the officer I made the turn on a yellow/red and I got cited. Had I said it was red she would have been cited for running the red light. But that moment before impact is a little hazy.

You got a ticket for failing to give her the right of way & your insurance company will pay.

Sorry it happened but you should not make left turns on yellow and should be careful with incoming traffic. YOU saw her car!!!!

looks to me like she was headed straight for your side door, then tried to turn left to miss you. Didn't make it & got you in the rear. Tinted windows & friends in your car. Tell us the truth
