Default Glad I didn't go hard

I picked up a 2013 Roadster ST a month ago and had to take it in to have the seatbelt fixed. They were nice enough to stick me in a 2014 370z touring and let me say........what a difference.
It's loud inside... noticeably louder than the convert.
Factory Bose is not the best but factory nissan is a joke
The difference in packages is also amazing. You really don't realize how much you use the power options, bluetooth, heated seats, etc.. until there gone. .lol

Im thankful they put me in a Z, but I miss my baby. ..

Post was more for someone who may be trying to decide between the two. Point is, buy as much as you can afford so you don't regret it later.

This is my 4th from Texas Nissan in Grapevine. I pretty much requested something nice considering the last time I got a loaner from them it overheated in the parting lot on the way out...lol. cant expect much from an 89 Cadillac....

Heated seats are standard on the touring trim...

Also, the roadster might exhibit different frequencies of interior noise, but instrumented tests suggest the roadster is louder inside than the coupe.

Car & Driver tested the coupe at 72 dB @ 70 mph and the roadster at 74 dB @ 70 mph*.

*Insert requisite caveat about different road surfaces and decibel measurement issues

Thought so also but this one is listed as touring and it is as base as you can get. I think its mislabeled because it has rays, which would be sport, not touring

Yup, thats what I have personally. This loaner though is listed as touring but is missing navi and heated seats. I think its supposed to be a sport.

2 db is very minimal difference. What I notice is the hollow sound coming from the trunk. Kinda like if you sit in front of a barrel. I can hear a car tires coming up from behind before they get close. Its just an echo. I bet if it had the cargo cover installed it would seem quieter.
Definitely not bashing the hard top. I actually like the look better than the soft when the tops up, but they dropped the top and I was sold..
