Hey guys I just ordered the 4.08 gears for the 370 off of Z1 motorsports. First off do I need the installation kit because it was very unclear to me

4.08 gears 370z
Hey guys I just ordered the 4.08 gears for the 370 off of Z1 motorsports. First off do I need the installation kit because it was very unclear to me what the installation kit consisted of and also do you guys know how much the labor would be around and where I can take it? Thanks for the help guys!
