Does anyone know how to play music through the CF card from an imported japanese 370z. All the buttons and commands on the screen are all in japanese so I

All the buttons and commands on the screen are all in japanese so I have no idea how to do this. I have tried reading the english manual online but the same solutions do not apply with my car (clicking the souce button and pressing the cd or aux button repeatedly). Thanks a lot
