Guy wont get back to me. Took my money for a tank over 3 weeks ago and said he would email me weekly and so far nothing. Iv tried emailing him since saturday.

Burn his shop down. Or be patient. you decide. I suppose you could take a ride over to the place and check on it, though.

If it was local head to the shop and see whats up. If it is PayPal you can still at least attempt a chargeback. I know they have a way of addressing fraudulent sellers, so just look and see what your options are from them.
