With everything I've read and heard about them, I'd stay away.
They're pricey, but also very fragile and crack at low speeds and small bumps. Granted, it's only one side, but there are similar stories everywhere on all types of car forums. http://truth-about-vossen-blog.tumblr.com/ Last edited by Haboob; 11-15-2013 at 07:33 AM. |

They look nice, but are frowned upon because people would consider them "fake". Honestly if you find a cheap used set for sale i would pick them up. I live in South Florida where i see Vossens literally everyday and i havent heard of anyone that i know personally crack their rims. But im sure it happens.

they're not really fakes i dont think, just boat anchors. they seem to be low pressure cast and pretty strong.
for dressup car i think they do alright. i would not consider getting them for my Z though as i dont want to reduce performance from those heavy wheels. but for my G, ive considered the CV2's. but im just going to keep my 3pc SSR's for now and run wider tires. |

Not a fan of that kind of 5 spoke, I'm more of a multi spoke kind or at least thicker spokes (like TE37s

The ones in the pic about 3 posts above my original. I feel like Sony Crocket should jump out of the car in that pic and spray someone with an Uzi then rip off his white shirt that isn't buttoned. Bunch of showy fake crap.

Anyway, the OP is asking about quality. Looks have nothing to do with it, looks are subjective. Last edited by cooltoy; 11-17-2013 at 02:08 PM. |

Like Haboob said, there is always the other side.

I know they are a sponsor of several forums and have a good standing here but I would never run their wheels
Nothing special in my experienced opinion and there are so many cheaper/lighter options that I would rather go with then their wheels. What turned me off even more was that they had a booth at the LA Auto Show a few years ago where they displayed several of their wheels and most had extra material/waviness on their spokes that I was turned off to the brand as a whole because of it |
