Camaro Mustang are most stolen sports cars - MSN Autos

According to this article anyway

One in four thieves nabbed Mustangs, while the Challenger attracted one in five. Scoring much lower were the Porsche Panamera (103 stolen cars), Audi A5 and S5 (101), Corvette (69), Nissan 370Z (47), BMW 6-Series (45), Porsche 911 (24) and strangely, the Volkswagen Eos (23).

They were probably stolen for parts and then left on blocks, but still something to consider.

Time to seriously invest in a 2 way alarm system!

I don't buy it. With the high possibility of SLU failure on our car how could the 370z be top 10 most stolen sports car?? Just saying.

Went to all kinds of neighborhoods & other states. In over 45 years, with all my doors always left open, I never had anybody even touch my car.

Just lucky I guess

Out of 3,780 sports cars stolen, only 47 were 370Z's.......not a real problem in my opinion.
