Considering a new base is 30k, the Carmax offer isn't bad. As for your upgrades, illuminated kickplates and splashguards aren't big nice upgrades. I would consider them more like normal

Considering a new base is 30k, the Carmax offer isn't bad. As for your upgrades, illuminated kickplates and splashguards aren't big nice upgrades. I would consider them more like normal and if you don't have them, you sort of cheaped out (at least for the splash guards). You basically have a base with normal potions. I agree with kenchan that Carmax isn't a bad deal.
