Too bad it wasn't for you

I remember not really test driving the Z before buying it (because it was stored over the winter) I had researched just about everything else

The lack of rear visibility freaked me out at first but after a few days that went away. End of the day, I was craving the Z...it had to be mine.

You'll know when a car does that for you, and it will be the right fit.

That won't help my rear peripheral view when backing out of a parking spot though.

Thats why I only back into a spot. Also, one 360mm broadway mirror will take care of all blind spots. I'm not a fan of the circle mirrors on the side mirrors.

Backup cam and properly adjusted mirrors=no visibility issues.

:iagree: I also like having the passenger seat far enough ahead I can see out of the rear side window, just in case there's a car in a blind spot beside my Z.

It only took me four years of test driving nearly everything under the sun to replace that Mehstang, so I'm thinking it may take a while before I decide on what to replace the WRX with. I'd rather live with the knee discomfort than end up buying a car that isn't a decent fit!

Evo or one of those Dodge/Chrysler STR8s I think would make you happy. Both have automatic options.
