Dude - not much is different anyway - its not like the added a bunch of fixes or anything.. just get the 09 and have your car for an extra 3 months - even IF he is not bsing you

I would totally do that sept he doesn't have any 370z inventory. And he can't find the car that I want. So as far as I'm concerned I'm going to get the car from the other dealer. Just gotta tie up some loose ends first.

I'll go one step further and tell him he's full of **** and you don't buy cars from people who manipulate you. Then go buy the '09 from the first dealer. Feel free to round it out by returning to the second dealer to show him your spiffy new ride .
I essentially did just this. The first dealer I went to was trying to screw me but had the car I wanted. I went to a second dealer down the street, he had the first guy send him the car since he had a sale (me), and I bought the same car from the second dealer. Pretty funny. |

My car came from across 3 states. Not only did they find color, trim, transmission and options I wanted, they made sure they even get the interior color right. Actually the interior color was the only thing that didn't matter, and when they found a car with everything, they called me and made sure that I was ok with the interior color because I wasn't specific on the color.
