Should I Wait or Settle?
I have been looking non stop for a white/frost gray with sports/nav for over a month and have no luck. I have searched through three states. My dealer found one with all the specs i want but with charcoal interior. I was thinking about settling with that one or ordering and waiting three months for the white/frost gray. I have seen the white on frost, but i have never seen the white on black in person so I can't really make a choice. I hear that the gray ages terribly. I really love the frost but I really would like to have the car already. If only there was a white on black that I can see in person so that I can chooser easier. So should I wait for the white/frost or should I settle with white/black?
BTW, persimmon is out of the question!! |

You are going to live with it for +3 years. Get what you want.

I think the black interior will look sweet with the white. Once you're driving it, you'll be very happy you didn't wait 3 more months! Initially I questioned if I should have gotten persimmon with my PG. Now I couldn't be happier with my black interior.

We have it much simpler to choose in Australia, they only give us one model which is a fully loaded sport/touring minus the 19" wheels and black interior. We do however, have a selection of exterior colours.
I think the white with black interior would look great. Black goes with just about anything. If it was me I wouldn't wait. |

There is a pearl white touring 6MT with gray interior sports package and navigation at Don Davis Nissan in Arlington, TX. It was there about a week ago, so good luck to ya!

Once you get it.. and start driving it, you will LOVE it. i wanted gray interior, but settled for black, and it actually not even fully back, its like a dark black with a very light shade of black all together, its pretty magnificent!

I hardly look back now and in hind sight I'd rather have the Charcoal that looks nice all the time than the inevitable discolouring of the Frost. It looks sharp but its nigh unto impossible to keep up to perfection. I've been ENJOYING my car to the nth degree for the last two months and my poor friend who ordered before I bought my car is likely waiting until December to get his. Get the Charcoal I say. The seat colour in Charcoal looks great and when you are ripping it up in your new 370Z you'll never even think about what colour your seats are

Go for the White and Black! Its the combo out there, IMO of course. I was interested in the frost interior, but opted not to get it because it was just to light in color for me. I figured that over the years it would accumulate dirt and be hard to keep clean. Im not a dirty person by any means, but the black interior would hide most of the average accumulation of dander. I dont think that it will age poorly either, as long as you take care of it just like everything else on the car. At any rate, make your decision and be happy with it. With any large purchase there normally will be thoughts of "I should have done this", or "I should have waited", blah blah blah, but after your in the car for a few seconds, that all dissappears because the Z is SICK NASTY(in a best way). Good luck with your decision, but you know where I stand on the matter. Sorry for the quality in pics, my camera is broken so I took them on my Blackberry.

I don't consider it a waste of time. You guys helped me decide between black and white exterior. Sometimes others put things in a way that helps me decide. I am not the only who has trouble picking, but those who had trouble and ended up making a decision can let me know how they decided. Already I am starting to lean towards the white on black. Those pics posted really showed me how sexy it looks. Please continue with your comments and opinions. They are all appreciated ...even the ones that undermine my current dilemma.
