Methinks younger kid was dared by older kid. Peer pressure mitigated; status among the peer group maintained or slightly strengthened.

yep trying to track the parents down through the condo association. sent them the video to see if they know who the kids are.

didn't think of hitting the panic button good idea. too bad i was upstairs and my keys were downstairs. by the time i got outside the kids were gone.

definitely couldve been worse. my car was egged last year, wonder if it was the same kids or group of kids? now i gotta watch out for them coming back.
