No matter whose is faster I would still deem you the winner for not driving an old GMC diesel truck...

a few years ago I did something simular with my 04 mach1...i went up against a turbo diesel F350 Harley Davidson...damn quick for a huge diesel...

He manage to stay right beside me off the bat for a few seconds, then I started to pull away slowly...you will take em on the top end as mentioned above (theorectically ofcourse). When we both finally let off, I only had him by about two car lengths...The 370z turns about 2/10s quicker quarter mile than the mach1...

Those trucks are beasts of a machine off the line since they are designed for hauling. The 3500 duelies (spelling?) even more so, but top end is where they will lose out.
