Mishi, better luck next time...

Long version:
Sorry if this isn't the best place to put this, so mods, feel free to move it.

As many of you know, my car is in the shop, engine pulled, the whole 9, and I decided to do some mods while everything was disconnected

One being an upgraded CSF radiator/condenser because it'll keep coolant temp down, keep my 7AT temps a bit lower, and my G3's rubbed through an AC line so it's a 3 for 1 for me

I bought a radiator and had it shipped directly to the dealership.
Once received, I got a call from the GTR tech saying that the radiator is for a manual... Damn...

Option 1: Drive 75 miles to the dealer, take the radiator, pay to ship it back to where I bought it from, wait for a new one to come in, in which it WOULD be too late to install.

Option 2: PM CSF through the forum (I saw that CSF is a member here and posted in the CSF vs Mishi thread)

I chose option 2.
PM'd CSF Thursday night, and Friday morning had a PM AND email from Ravi Dolwani, he gave me his personal cell number told me to call or text him to see what he can do to help me out.
He said they had inventory of the 7AT version and that if I could wait until Tuesday after closing (yesterday, because of the long weekend) that he would drive out to the dealership and hand deliver the correct radiator to complete my build.

Sure enough, Tuesday morning, this is the series of texts:

How much better service could you ask for??? PMs, emails, calls, texts. Hand delivered parts, before the ETA, saving me a HUGE amount of time and hassle.
Great build quality, made in the USA.

HUGE THANKS TO RAVI AND CSF!!!

(Will update with pics and installed pics when the dealer sends them to me)

I'm surprised because I've always been treated like crap at Nissan dealers, all the way from the salesman and up and then service managers. Good to see if you got any bs handled properly.

It's JungleZ, the guy who keeps getting banned for trolling and comes back for more the instant the ban expires. He deserves anything he gets and more.

You and the other guy (who posted earlier about his dealership helping him above and beyond) have some seriously nice Nissan dealers!

I have been shaken down, stripped, and fondled by my Nissan Dealers.

I am glad that a good guy like you got the proper attention and service after what happened to your Z!
