Default Wheels coming off a Z06 for my nismo (w/bolt pattern adapter)...need fitment help!!!

I have a friend selling a set of black diamond pearl TE37's for his Z06 and they look really nice, I was interested in it and was wondering would these wheels even fit my Z? He said with the adapter the rim size and offsets will come out to be 18x9.5 +4mm (front) and 19x12 +25mm (rear)...I need some help I'm not as educated on the offset stuff like some of you on here and would like your expert opinions. Thanks in advance and I did search I just can't find any relative information.

Z06 is 5x120.65 or something like that but there are bolt pattern adapters that would make it work for most cars as long as the wheels will fit.

The bolt adapters will likely add 20mm or so to your offset making those wheels pretty much un-fittable

i think the thinnest was like 25mm for those pcd changing spacers. i could be wrong but it is a signficant thickness.
