Looking for extended warranty
 

Hi! Im looking for an extended warranty for my Z...maybe a full coverage.
The dealership where i got my Z suggest to buy the extended warranty outside.

Not sure why your dealer sent you outside, but mine did the same thing. Anyway, went to another dealer and they were happy to write the Nissan extended warranty 90K / 6 years for 1280.00. I purchase the warranty mainly because I have the Roadster and just wanted the piece of mind on the top. Had the same warranty on my 2008, 350, and was able to get top dollar when I sold it since I could tell the buyer, don't worry, you have a 1 1/2 left, if something is wrong it's covered.

They probably suggested going outside to save you $$$. I got mine from Mercury Ins at a fraction of the dealers price.

Carefully check the company you buy from (if you don't buy the Nissan coverage) to make sure they're well established, well capitalized, etc. and won't go into bankruptcy or otherwise out of business during the term of the warranty. Gotta' be very careful with the exclusions, exceptions and deductibles, too. Many guys are savvy as to all this but some are not.

I just got our warranty for our Altima coupe from Curry Nissan. Got a real good price and the guy was easy to deal with.

2004YZ, if you don,t mind.....what is a real good price?.. One of the Firestone Service Centers here, said good things about Mercury.
