Carlos Ghosn wouldnt let the Z die...by reviving both the Z and GT-R here in the US market it has boosted interest in Nissan from many people in a younger generation which is exactly what they want.

I was one of the lucky 890. And it is true about the availability of the desired configuration. I only found 1 in the color/options I wanted within a 500 mile radius. So it came home with me. I thought for sure the Salesmen would try to stick firm to the MSRP price. In the beginning they offered the car to me with a $1000 market adjustment value increase. Because they knew how hard it was to get this configuration but I talked them down! Dealers can only hold firm for so long. Any sale is a good sale for dealers at this point in time.

Well I'll be a monkey's uncle... shows you how much I've been paying attention on the boards I guess my car is a classic now Maybe I'll have to keep it when I get the Z instead of selling it for mod money...
