Cut brake rotors while still on car?

Hello all,

I know it is possible to cut rotors while still on the car. However, i do not know which places offer this service. Please let me know if there is a Autozone / PepBoys or something national that would do this.

I don't see how that's possible while still on the car.

Its possible, not common because the machine is VERY expensive and price doesn't make sense when its so easy to take the rotors off. Hangups with machining rotors off the car?
