I plan on at least keeping my Z till I die. Just can't part with my Post-Iraq Deployment present to myself

I have tried thinking about passing it down to my kids (if I have any), but the image of her totalled/broke down/in poor condition/sold just angers me

The z has the retarded fuel starve issue. I can fuel starve at half tank easily on my commute to work not going over 65

I don't need the extra car, but I can justify it if I don't have to get gas. I go thru 70 bux in gas a week now.

lots of goodness with your leaf choice.

so the final decision is color. you must do the pastel blue or pink. does it come in other grandma colors?

Actually the Juke has grown on my and that interior is nice

Arrg, DD something other than my Z is still frustrating because I know I have the Z at home.

Granted, my Subaru Forester is surprisingly fun, I got it in manual too and less stress about the road conditions since my Z is so low...but still it hurts me when I don't get to drive the Z..

My 19 month old is with grandma all week so its Z day every day!

I got back from the dealership. I have requested to borrow one for a full day test drive. I want to see what it can do on a 30 minute quick charge at a Public Station. I did some cost analysis. I think the Leaf will cost me about $100-150 a month, of course this doesn't factor in the wear and tear of the Lexus or the Z. It's definitely not a necessity, but it isn't a high priced gamble given the $2500 state credit to reimburse my downpayment. I figure the car can be share between my wife and I, I can also keep it as a second car to throw my kid in there as the new car seat might not fit in the Z. The basket carrier was great, but he is at the limit pretty much.

Living in CA is extremely cheap. We just make up rumors to keep the productive away.

Relatively speaking, the salary makes up for everything except freaking housing is 3x more than most other states. Track days are cheaper though.
