![]() I hear you and when I build mine on line I struggle to keep it < 70K as there are a few options I kinda want if I was going pound for pound to replace the Z. As for the differences in the cars you have to drive them. The 981 interior is a step up from the 987s of past. You can option extra leather parts and such to up the luxury/look and feel. The car itself just drives better (subjectively). Power isn't everything. I like our ZR for what it is, but in hindsight...a CPO Boxster would have been better. First world problems so I'm not whining and am thankful every day I toss the (porky) beast around corners, but its no Boxster. Having a Cayman doesn't help either. ![]() Purchased new, there is a huge price gap that is arguably not justifiable but to paraphrase Ferris, if you have the means I highly recommend you get into a P car. ![]() - b |
