i just bought the car 40th anniversary z few week ago it have 31K mile on it and i payed almost 31K for the car. i know is pretty expensive

just bought the car and got rear ended..
i just bought the car 40th anniversary z few week ago it have 31K mile on it and i payed almost 31K for the car. i know is pretty expensive but anyway i love it.
at the same day i bought it while i'm on the way home at the red light one guy was texting and driving and hit my rear bumper omfg. and now the car is fixed but the rear bumper color is not perfect match.... dont know what to do. do anyone know in south Florida can i claim the diminish value from that guy insurance. he have liberty mutual car insurance. |
