they stay stationary I believe, you can also use the shift knob to shift too, it all depends on what you'd prefer

In the navigation settings I set it to play the trumpet melody used to start a horse race every time I get 300 yards from the house. I giggle every time.

In laws get the meowing cats.

I want the rawness of driving, I want to know what car is behind me, I want to know that the guy is being a Dbag and high beaming me, lol

If I want to check out the chick in the car next to me, I want her to see my eyes are checking her out. :)

That's correct, but it is my favorite minor feature. Had the thread been about my favorite miner feature, I would have sent in this:

And had it been about a minor miner's minor feature then -

Always so hard to know when to stop.

Tru enough... nothing in the title or OP about factory or trim level or anything like that :tiphat:

In that case I will say the Homelink feature. I don't have a Touring nor am I paying for the OEM mirror. Instead, I took apart my garage door opener, shoved the guts under the cup holder in the center console, and wired up a push button in one of the blank slots where the fog light and seat heater switches go. It was my first mod and has been working great for over 2 years

It's a piece of cake. I have pics in my album and it was my first (only?) DIY thread :icon17:

You just need a momentary switch, a little bit of wire, solder/soldering iron, and some duck tape  Find a nicer switch than mine - I couldn't find what I wanted, so I just got the cheap push-button one and have been too lazy to swap it out for something else.
