Turn a claim into your insurance company. I think that your comprehensive coverage will cover this type of loss. I fear you're going to have significant damages due to the fact that almost every panel was keyed.

^this is a great idea. It's almost mandatory in S. Korea to have one. But I've heard someone say it's illegal here in the states. Invasion of privacy or something. Don't know for sure though.

I believe it's actually legal in most states as long as you're not recording audio/conversations without the knowledge of those who are speaking. Just recording video is usually not going to be an issue.
