Quick question, I was under my car and noticed this plug and cable for the foglight. Is this a dummy plug or do the 2013 models come with the wiring for the foglight?

Dummy plug, kinda, you need a relay or JDM/CDM light stalk to make it work

Is there a link to this light stalk? Or is it the same thing as the wiring harness for the foglight? Don't want to buy extra things if I don't have to.

There's another guy in the forum from Puerto Rico, call carlitos_370z, and he modified the actual reflector and made the fog light works.... It has no water leaks inside the reflector, it turns on with the headlights, and it was wiring with the license plate wiring... I already talked to him, and I will have the work done by his electromechanic this week, but mine's will turn one everytime i press the break and with the headlights.

in my DIY there's no need for a switch the fog light comes on when you turn on the headlights. You can make a separate flip switch if you want so you can turn it on and off whenever you feel like it.

that light is bright and annoying for other drivers.

Best to have a separate sw and only use it in fog.

I replaced my '13 Reflector with the real deal fog lamp.

I can hook you up with a '13 reflector if you need it.
