These speed cameras are all over the place in much of Europe.

lol there are tons of warning on 95 about the cameras.. They flashed me 2 years ago.. never got the bill though... apparently its a white suv on the side of the road +/or a camera under overpasses that takes the pictures

Buy some clear polarizing spray paint for your plate that blanks it out when it's photographed.

I use to get these all the time in Germany but the fine was like 20 euro. I got one in Texas cost me 80 bucks.

I have other pics where the plate is clearly visible. I only posted one that didn't have it visible. they knew it was me...

I heard a story where a guy responded to one of these, he mailed the cops back a picture of his middle fingers....and they mailed him back a picture of handcuffs..

It looks like you're going 0 in the picture LOL. Tires don't even have that spinning effect on them.
