Not that I place ANY stock in JD Power...... It seems that every one of their clients rates a "Best in" award for some reason or another.
Just got an E-mail for a SECOND survey re my '13 Z, following up the first... They cut the survey short after three questions, saying.. "We have already received sufficient responses similar to those you gave, and therefore we will not need you to complete the survey" Now, if that's not skewing results, I don't know what is. I guess negative responses can't count if they are not part of the total.
