Absolutely spoiler, I bought a ebay aftermarket and pre-painted, spot on and with great instruction for mounting it. No fear of drilling, quite easy and since it is aluminum, no worries about rust. Still make sure to use lots of silicone.

I could not decide either in the beginning but showed pictures with and without to my wife, who absolutely hates spoilers, but even she agreed it gives the Z the finish touch.

We TRY... Most like their wing though, AND Nissan can't match paint worth a damn, so that makes it hard too...
And there isn't a WRX, THEN STi, it's all one model, so it's harder to find a base model guy to swap with

It was hard to match since every panel is slightly a different color. Nissan does a lot of great things, painting just isn't one of them.

Yikes....very interesting! That scares me and it was one of the things I was worried about since I was told that it comes prepainted. I was going to have a body shop that works in conjunction with my Nissan Dealer install it after I ordered it through the Parts Dept at the dealer. Now I plan to ask the body shop if they will paint it if the prepainted color does not match to my satisfaction. Thanks for the info!

Really? The spoiler is the only thing that makes the back look half way decent, you are definately in the minority.

I say no. My co-worker just got a sentra that came with a stock spoiler, so many cars these days have them just to look sporty. I think a sports car that doesn't need a spoiler to look sporty (like the Z) is just that much sexier for it. Only way I'd add one is of I were going to track my car.

Hope you have better luck than I did. In reality, CY is probably easier to match and you probably won't have the color variance between panels. Getting a pre painted spoiler would probably work for you. Most of the spoilers all come with a template so they are easy to install. Glad to help...

But CY is awesome. Of course you didn't need any opinions.

Enjoy the new look with the spoiler.

Yea I really like the no spoiler look
Heres a pic I rlly like, not my car
That "hard line" which normally is covered by the spoiler looks good I think
