I just got the car and the blind spot is really bothering me. I can't drive the car like I can my old ones, I need that 100% confidence and assurance to switch lanes.

I'm so paranoid that I used to always turn my head back to physically check to make sure there are no cars in my blind spot before I make any moves. I just don't trust mirrors.
Maybe I'm old school, but even with properly adjusted mirrors on any car, I turn my head and take a quick look before changing lanes.

Do most people on here change lanes only by looking at their mirrors?

You know, the funny thing is that even when I have the added mirrors, I still take a quick glance over my shoulder. I suppose it is just a well placed habit.

I had a MazdaSpeed3 which had blind spot indicators and although it wasn't neccessary on a 4 door hatch, it was still great to have. On a Z, I would think that it would be as necessary as signal lights and brake lights. Anybody hear of the possibility of Nissan making it available on future Zs?
i just put blind spot mirrors on my car

i feel thats $3 well spent
