Thank you thread

Today I made the first mod to my Z and installed a 18in resonated carbon fiber CBE by Fast Intentions thanks to LakeShow.
I can see a lot more use of this car going forward. For those of you with the stock exhaust on the car, this fast intentions makes the car feel brand new. I guess I have the bug and its all downhill from here, wanna see what this car is capable of. A simple exhaust and im more in love with my Z than ever.
I never turned more heads than on my way home from the shop.
BIG THANKS TO LAKESHOW for selling his exhaust! Its got a great new home!

on to Real Auto Dynamics in Oceanside. You can look at the garage and see these guys are professionals and have tons of experience with Nissans. I completely trusted them throughout the whole process. They were even nice enough to entertain my fathers hot rod stories from the 50s while I paid. They are very welcoming and helpful. They are all consummate professionals and a pleasure to deal with and talk to...cant wait to get off work early enough to come on Wednesday one of these days! Theres no doubt if theres work to be done on the Z and you live anywhere near oceanside LI this is the garage to do your work. Thanks guys!

Thank you for the kind words, I appreciate it. I'm glad to see your loving the exhaust, definitely the best sounding CBE. It truly does make your car feel brand new, the exhaust brings about a new experience with sound that matches the Z's performance and aggressive styling. When I took the exhaust off it felt as if the Z was stripped of its soul lol, I literally felt bad driving the Z around. I'm glad the exhaust found a great new home and is in good hands. Congrats and enjoy it mate!!!

You know that FI builds Audi CBE exhausts too right? This way you won't miss it much.

I agree!!

I'm right there with you regarding how the FI exhaust has made the car much more what I love. Only had the CBE with 12" resonators on for about 3 weeks. Totally love how the car is more "gnarly" sounding, but at cruising speed is barely noticeable. Took the Z out to run some errands earlier today, and stopped to think how the fueling is spot on. No ups or downs, just constant ear to ear grinning....
Tony and his gang do create Heaven for Z owners..

Look....STOP IT NOW !! You need to resign to the fact that you're gonna go FI sooner or later. You will get bored with bolt-on power. GTM still has the group buy going, GET IN NOW !!! (thanks a lot DEpointfive0 :shakes head:) Skip the CAI and other sucker fodder everyone gets caught up in and go for broke. :hello:

I did not know that, I will definitely look into it. Thanks for the heads up!! :tiphat: This way I can still get that amazing FI sound on my new car because that's one of the main things I miss about my Z, that FI exhaust note. It's time to contact Tony, this time for an Audi.
