Hahaha, Fartson really doesn't like our Z

As in the 350z test, if you remember, he said "too noisy... and it isn't a good noise...".
Not for defending the Z at all costs, but I think he's good at talking but less, less good at driving and judging a car.
I usually pay attention to what TIFF has got to say instead..

Ya don't think the noise in this car is harsh almost abnormal?

Which begs the question....Why is it so rough?

As far as your comments regarding Clarkson's qualifications, you apparently have no idea what your talking about, so therefore your comment has no merit.

Thanks. It's good to have no merit.
But I don't remember anything wrong about the 2004 350z I used to own and I'm sure I won't find anything strange on the 370.

Fartson's not talking about strange noises in the cockpit, he talks about the engine noise itself; and he says "it's not a good noise". What's the point of that?? He's just his opinion, but it seems he wants to take down the car just for that because he hates it. That's what he does with other good cars and I really don't like it.

I'll tell you what: have you ever test-drove an S2000? If not, try it and than find the old Top Gear convertibles comparison test he made: he had NOTHING to say about the huge variety of noises the S2000 makes!

yeah true. tiff is a MUCH more skilled driver and is a better, more analytical guy in terms of the car's engineering goes. Clarkson is just damn good at entertaining tho...

Agreed Tiff Needall is much better at evaluating a car. JC is just entertaining and throws in a fair amout of subjective criticism too. Very biased I believe.
