I know what the setup looks like, you have shown it to me 50498509380538 times on other threads about this. All I'm saying is like horrible shifting and massive oil consumption two other huge complains on this forum I have never had this problem even if was going out of my way to cause the problem.

I'm not sure what your point is. Oil consumption was an issue on certain cars, not all. Shift quality is a function of your expectations.

This is a design flaw, and something completely separate.

No no, I'm not talking about shift quality. I have said over and over again the Tranny is noisy while shifting and can sound clunky. I'm talking about the reports of grinding gears, missing shifts, and hard shifting. 3 years old 26k and mine still shifts smooth with the movement of one finger.

Don't you have the 3rd revision of the transmission in your 2010?

You mean all 370Z cars, right? Cause I recently helped a buddy reinstall his Suburban gas tank (he replaced the fuel sending unit), and that thing is exactly what I would expect a fuel tank to look like - a big rectangle, more or less flat on the bottom. The Z's tank is shaped like that because of the rear strut brace if I'm not mistaken. Terrible design flaw... worst on the vehicle IMO

I run my tank down to empty (0 dots, --- Miles Remaining) more than 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time I fill up with less than 3 dots remaining. I have never experienced this problem, but that's because I'm fully aware of it. I'm not extra cautious on right hand turns or anything, but I am definitely aware not to push too hard when gas is low.
