Also the same guy that the first 6 months of his time on the forum began most his posts with his wealth and financial situation.

I think you're just trying to discredit me based on my comments on IRS right now. I couldnt find it then. I cant find it now. The article was in a mag anyway.

6cyl, comparable power and 2 seats. I guess you missed that. Throw in a TTS or TT-RS. By the way the German testers with a TT-RS vs the 370Z preferred the Z. Go figure. Price is not everything.

In my head, I still view the Mustang as a sporty muscle car not a sports car. Especially, after my recent experience. My friend is so upset and I have had it with Ford service.

The mustang G's are .95g which is great for a car of that size. But that G, is a track recorded grip level. On the street, that same exact brembo'ed and suspensioned Z drops to .87g which again, .87g on the street is great. But the lowest out sport models get on the street is middle 90's. Our cars still corner way better. Our steering feel is way better. Turn in feels way more precise and and flatter. As good as the stang is its just not up to snuff in handling. But it does kick *** compared to its muscle bredrin. These are your quotes that started this. Look at the top post, then look at the history u brought. The first post is today... The second you dig up from years ago... How does it relate? What are you proving? You classically brought the convo back to mustang.

It is and has been called America's Best Sports Car. However it does have the guts in it to be called a muscle car by a lot of folks. Check out American Muscle Car Series Season 3 1968-2001 Corvette. I think it still holds true for Vette's after that as well.

Back on topic, tough call OP. Before buying my Z, went to the Ford dealerships here to see if I could test drive a Boss. Unfortunately none were ever available so I test drove the GT on two different occasions. I know it's not the same car, but the GT is an excellent car and felt faster than the Z. However, for some reason it just didn't make me feel connected to the road like the Z did. While my Z is not a Nismo, I'm sure the Nismo probably would have better feel and the Boss would be faster. So it comes down to whichever feels more like you, don't think you can go wrong either way. Good luck. |
