I love these comments... As they show the lack of understanding in terms of the globally interconnected automotive industry...

Its just a ford/nissan tho... AmIrite? (this is rather out-of-date btw)

And FWIW... I dont have any issues with my iron beam out back... even on the street

BUT... forums are for bench/magazine racing.

What's funny is so many people here argue so hard about cars (lets say 5.0 and Z) that are within a second or two of each other on track, but if you put them on track in said cars they would probably get passed by some track pro in a Miata.
There was a stock old GTI at my last HDPE... and he was beating everyone...

I dont think the majority of people who argue this stuff even plan on going out and pushing it to any noticable potential.

The only difference being that the Mustang will look years newer than the Z after 10 years since all of Nissan's terrible paint and clear will have melted off by then. The Nissan doesn't even come close to the Ford in terms of paint quality/durability.
The beauty of the internet is that we can have varying opinions. In my defense the newest Ford Product I've owned was 2007. The Ford had lot's of problems from the factory. When it comes to Nissans I owned a bunch without a single problem. Many, many Z's, Pathfinders, Altimas and Maximas.
Just change the oil, do the maintenance and drive. My wife will never give up her Maxima. It's a great car! Again no issues from the factory. Not even a ding or nick in the paint on delivery. Same went for my 350Z and 370Z. Not a nick, ding or flaw in the paint. GM - Blah. I had to have them re-spray the car the first week of ownership. Bought that at night. Paint drips, light paint, panel miss alignment. Yuck.... But, it's all sorted now.

I hope that Ford has come that far. Like I said, I was a Ford brat. I was fortunate enough to have a new Ford car every year for 20+ years. Always some defect from the factory. Generally, fit and finish related. I don't see that it changed with my friends car either. The dash went wacky on him early on. Every Ford I know of has some problem from the factory. The exception may have been my 1986 Ford Taurus. I can not recall anything wrong with it from the factory. My friend's 2012 Mustang is going to be lemon lawed due to the engine light going on and engine miss-fires anything over 5Krpm and Ford can not figure it out.

The paint on my Nissan's has always been good. I claybar them and wax them regularly to make them perfect. Here is a picture of my 1984 AE with factory paint:

and my '86 Turbo paint:

On the other hand:

The paint on my '99 Sable and '87 Mustang Turbo faded and clearcoat bubbled after 10 years.

To each his own and I'm OK with that.

You know what bugs me out... That post that upset you so... I STILL wasn't saying anything negative. Let's pretend just for the sake of pretending i never read that. "Which i did?" I still didn't say anything negative about the stang. It wasn't derogatory, and if you think about it. The GT suffers from lots of roll and pitch anyway... So it's not totally inconceivable for it to drop off some G's under certain conditions anyway being an LA.

So why does it get under your skin so. If no one believes that it's not a budget M3 it pisses you off that much???

Fvckin fanboys damn!!!

Just saw your newest edit.

My issue lies 100% in the fact that you are making things up and 0% is about "mustang vs X"

Post the article you keep referencing and I will have zero issue with your claims

Why don't you go on the Camaro forum WITH YOUR FLOW CHARTS and have the appropriate discussion you're looking for with your DIRECT COMPETITOR...
Instead of trolling your v8 car against a v6.

We're NOT a FVCKIN MUSCLE CAR FORUM.

I'm not talking Mustang vs Z here, I'm talking about the fact that you've completely fabricated an article.

I'll sweeten the deal. Find the article by the end of today, I'll paypal you $750 and never post on the forum again, deal?

I really hope the article includes support for this line:

I didn't make shyt up. What would be the motivation behind that Red? Fvckin really???? Like i said. What i said still was mostly positive so why make it up???

What cuz i said LA has a large advantage on SOME tracks but IRS overall is a better suspension???? Get over yourself.
